Incredible connection sold me a laptop with a faulty hard drive, now it's dead

Bought a laptop on Black Friday and was delivered on Monday(26/11/2018) with a faulty hard drive i.e. works but the hard drive is making sound/noise which normally happens to faulty hard drive and is a sign that it can die at any moment. I took the laptop to Incredible connection store in Durban Pavilion and the technician agreed that the noise was suspicious and not normal however after running his test he called me on Thursday(29/11/2018) saying gall test passed and the noise is normal which is total **** as this noise is never normal and my other laptop or any other laptop don't make that noise unless there's issues with the hard drive. I went and collected my laptop while thinking of my next move and on the same day the laptop started giving blue screen error and doesn't load windows at all completely dead can't be used. Seems like I made a big mistake by buying the laptop from incredible connection, spent a lot of money for a faulty laptop. still thinking of my next move as they said that'll take 15% even it's the laptop that giving issues not me trying to change it is I return the laptop though it's me it's the laptop that's got issues
