INCREDIBLE CONNECTION SOLD ME A BROKEN TV

This store sold me a faulty Samsung Smart TV (broken LED) and when I take it back, they claim physical damage, that TV was not physically damaged, I know it and they know it. They are refusing to refund nor exchange, all my money down the drain. stay away from these ******.
