Incredible COnnection should close down

<p>This has to, by far be the worst customer experience I have ever had. I went an app**** for a laptop with these dumb people and they decline the contract due poor communication s****s from their staff. I was angry and wrote a compliant which they had the nerve of never replying to, I suppose they love bad publicity which I see plenty of on Hello Peter (why are they even still around?) Almost a month later I receive a sms stating that now I have an Incredible Connection account through Joshua Doore financial services. *** is wrong with these people; their admin is of the poorest standard known to man. Call Joshua Doore financial services where I spoke to an *********** manager by the name of Marina Abrahams, who did not know what the hell is going on. I asked a simple question about the debit order and she said she cannot guarantee anything (that shows Joshua Doore has the same poor service s****s such as Incredible Connection hence them working together). I then call Incredible Connection Festival Mall where I spoke to Shiela Ntyane who said I need to call Joshua Doore but Joshua Doore said they going to call Incredible Connection. Therefore, who is who in the zoo? I am dealing with two retarded companies that cannot deal with simple paperwork. If you want my money give me my goods don’t freakin rob me in broad daylight.
