INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered an Apple Watch Series 4 on the 23rd January, 2019, whereby they stated that delivery would be at the end of January, 2019. I have written them numerous letters, sent urgent complaints and eventually I got a message on the 7th February, 2019 to tell me that their supplier had not delivered but they managed to source one from Incredible Connection Hemmingsway and it would be delivered shortly. Nothing arrived. Then on Monday, I had a call to say that they had found a watch a Tygervalley and it would be delivered probably on Tuesday. I am still waiting. This is supposed to be a birthday gift that was falsely advertised on their online by the end of January, 2019. I have a problem after paying R7,899 for something, that is taking so long for delivery. Maybe they should take lessons from Takealot who deliver on the date specified or before.
