Incredible Connection - shocking online purchasing experience!

<p>I purchased a JBL speaker online on Friday 25/11/2016. I then phoned them to confirm that I will definelty receive it within the 10days they said it would take, as I am going on holiday and need it as a gift. No problem they said. Now its been 9 daysand i have had to phone them numerous times only to be told to contact woodmead store as they are fullfilling my order. They informed me they dont have stock its been discontinued and they have also notified the E-commerse team. Well I am still waiting for any feedback from them and still no refund! NEVEREVER will i buy from incredible connection AGAIN!</p>
