INCREDIBLE CONNECTION SERVICE

Absolutely horrible experience .Do not deal with this company ,customer service does not exist . I ordered a product online ,whilst still on the order screen I realised that I had made an error .I spoke to the help assistant online ,he said no problem ,just mail customer care and they will upgrade your order . 10 days later 4 -emails 5 phone calls and absolutely no response .They have my money and my R3500 gift and no-one will respond .The call centre sends mail to various departments ,no response .
