INCREDIBLE CONNECTION SELLS SECOND HAND PRODUCTS AS NEW

I purchased a range of ring.com cameras and solar panels from Incredible Connection Online. I arranged with my installer to come but he could only come a month later. On opening the one solar panel, it was very clear that this was a second hand product. We then discovered that the bracket for the panel is broken. On asking Incredible Connection to replace, they merely took the stance, you have 14 days and its outside of the 14 days. I accept that BUT it does not obviate the FACT that they sold me a second hand product. I offered a statement from installer also, not interested.
