Incredible Connection, selling product that is supposedly discontinued!

I made an online purchase for Incredible Connection for a Xiaomi Redmi 9A, as advertised on their website. Nowhere was there stated on the adverti*****t that the product was not in stock or that the supplier could not supply it. After 5 days I enquired when the phone will be delivered to be told that I'm still within the 5 day delivery period and that the phone will be delivered. Two days later the supplier sent an email to say that the phone was discontinued, but its still being advertised on their website and other suppliers are still selling the phone. To top it off, I now have to wait 7-10 days for my own money to be refunded. An electronic transfer, does not take 7 days.
