Incredible Connection Selling Defects Products and Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I've bought a TV at Incredible connection at Kempton Park Branch and when we take it home it was broken. The store accuses us of breaking it and now we must pay all the repair cost. The store never checks the TV in store like other major store to make sure this the unit works.</p> <p>I've tried to reason with them and they are very rude disrespectfully and arrogant. They can't expect me to pay for this and after all I've inform them within of this incident.</p> <p>There is lot of touch points for the product before it reaches the end-user and if something happen with the product in this logistic process they can't expect me to pay for their mess.</p> <p>They didn’t do their job and now I'm expected to suffer in the process. It can't be no ways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>This people don’t care about their customers but themselves, I DON”T THINK I EVER STEP MY FOOT IN THEIR STORES EVER EVER……….</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
