Incredible Connection Sandton incredibly pathetic

I took my tablet to Incredible Connect 6 weeks ago for repairs and can't get it back. I have been to the shop countless times and they won't return it. They don't give proper feedback about where it is. I keep following up, I want it back to no avail.
