Incredible Connection running a ****

These guys are running a online ****. They had posted an add for a S6 lite tablet on their website for sale at R5499 with the sale ending 26 December 2023, after making payment for the product i was emailed 2 days later stating that the supplier is out of stock and i would be getting a refund but it will take 15 days! That is a ridiculous time-line to refund a product first of all. The deal was then taken down, i then go on their website again 4 days later and the product is for sale at the same price but end today, 20 November. What happened to having no stock? You guys are putting up deals online that you don't "have stock of" and taking peoples money for nothing! You would expect this kind of behavior from someone from gumtree and not a big organization like Incredible Connection. If this is not a **** i don't know what is. Give me what i paid for or return the money!!!
