Incredible Connection Rosebank- Terrible service!

I bought a computer monitor at the Rosebank Branch today and when plugging it in there is damage on the top right corner. I returned it on the same day and the store is saying that I damaged it and it needs to be sent in for repairs.I paid for a new screen, I don't want a repaired one??? I bought 2 of the same screens a month before which had no issues.
