Incredible Connection Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg

What has happened to this company! Shocking service in every sense of the word. I needed a new battery for my computer. I was told it would have to be ordered which was no problem. However, only the Tech Dept could help me. I then waited for about 15 minutes only to be told that I should come back in half an hour as the person who could help me was not available. Wandered around to while away the time then went back 45 minutes later . Waited another 15 minutes and when the representative finally arrived I was told that Incredible Connection were not able to help me and was told to go online and buy it that way. DO THE STAFF NOW KNOW THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
