Incredible Connection *********** their customers with items 6 times the price of other shops

I recently purchased a new USB cable for my Iphone from Incredible Connection they charged me R648.00. I then discovered I could have bought the exact same cable from TakeaLot, Telkom, Vodacom, etc. for R150. I wrote to their customer services department to complain you get an automated response saying "At Incredible Connection, we’re dedicated to awesome customer service". The complaint was sent 2 weeks ago I am yet to hear from them. Beware of the prices at Incredible Connection they are way overpriced and ripping their customers off.
