Incredible Connection Returns Policy

Did you know that you cannot get a refund or exchange from a Incredible Connection after 14 days? I bought a new pair of airpods for R4,500 and the left earphone stopped working after about 2 months. When I tried to return them for a refund or exchange I couldn't because of their policy. The only option was to book them into the workshop and wait up to 14 days for a response. Wake up Incredible Connection , it's 2021 ! I should have just bought from Takealot - cheaper and no problem on returns.
