Incredible Connection refuses to cancel my application thus blocking me to apply elsewhere.

Good day I tried to apply for a contact phone at one of your stores in Brooklyn on the 29th July 2023 and was assisted by lady Kabelo, after capturing my application the lady-Kabelo informed me that her system hangs/freezes upon submitting my application. We tried applying a couple of times without success. I opted to go to another shop and do my application there.I was informed that there are 3 pending applications made by Incredible Connection against my profile, I've been requesting this lady-Kabelo to cancel those applications for over a week now, I called in every single day and I'm not getting any joy.
