Incredible Connection Refunds take forever. Avoid

I can't get why In this day and age a big company like Incredible Connection has to take up to 30 days to do a refund for a cancelled order. I have had money refund from overseas enter my bank account within 5 days sometimes faster. Been like two weeks now and they took about a week to do the refund request as well. I'm sorry and I will not be support IC ever again and I will tell people to avoid buying from them with such service and people wonder why I prefer supporting Amazon than local etailers. Funny things is I can order most items I want from Amazon with courier fees and import costs for cheaper than companies like IC, and guess what I can receive my goods faster too from the US than most online local stores. So when one day I actually get my money back from their lazy, slow, backwards accounts department, then that is the last time I want to hear the name Incredible Connection. They deserve the preferred name Terrible Connection.
