Incredible Connection ( rather yet Incredible Deception)

Incredible Connection - Menlyn Main refuses to replace the faulty laptop that we bought less than 6 months ago, although the Consumer Protection Act requires them to do so. Very poor service, even spoke with head office no service was given despite numerous complaints.
