Incredible Connection protects *********

On the 20th of November 2019, my moms account was used to purchase goods worth R8499.00 at Incredible connections. I called them at 09:00 on the same day to report what had happened. I was able to open a complaint and was given a complaint number. On Friday, 22 November 2019, I was told the goods bought were traced before they could be delivered. On Tuesday 26 November 2019, the goods were returned to the warehouse and a refund was paid last week Friday.

Incredible connections has the names, address and details of the person who de*****ed my moms account and they are protecting them. We've gone as far as open a case at the police station but we are still not receiving any help.
