I ordered a Smart Watch as a birthday present for my wife. This delivery date is 2-5 working days. The delivery date was already exceeded yesterday and I escalated this to the customer service. They opened a ticket number #*** with a further 3 working days for feedback. They are already past delivery date and giving them a chance for service recovery they are expecting me to wait a further 3 working days to only get feedback what is going on. Utterly unacceptable. This is why companies like Takealot will keep on infiltrating the online shopping market. I am very disappointed!
