Incredible connection (Potchefstroom)

Well, my wife went to incredible condition (Potchefstroom) To apply for credit. The person that assisted her (the details can be provided upon request of the person) told us that she would be able to get credit from them even though she wasn't working at the time, because he did this for a lot of people and they did got credit from them, he send in a over right to the main office to change the approval. I told him from the start that my wife is NOT working at the moment but im paying in money to her account for the last 5 years (proof can be emailed upon request) And he was so sure of his story that this was really no sweat for a approval, that its going to be easy to get. So after almost 2 weeks going by, nothing, no phone call no communication what so ever , I had to phone in each time to listen to bull **** stories every second day,. I don't know how many people has been kept on a string with these guys its just pathetic and very un professional in so many levels its unbelievable. They even left a employee that only started working there for the last month or 2 to take care of the shop whiles the main employees didn't even reported for work....and that came from the horses mouth. I do not recommend this company for any additional business what so ever!!
