Incredible Connection Potchefstroom

I went to see the technicians about a usb that needed data recovery. I had to wait for an hour and some minutes to be attended to. They did not have the software for this service in-store, but it is included in the online information; and on posters in store. One technician who also works at the front desk told me that he had the software at home and would do the recovery from home. When I went to fetch it today, I was told that he had gone AWOL. This is after I specifically told him that I would be travelling today. I asked the manager how this would be handled, and she said that she does not know. I had to offer suggestions. I also had to ask for their numbers so that I could check in on the matter at a later stage. The manager gave me the wrong number. I hope that technicial is safe and okay wherever he is. I do however think that this kind of service is unacceptable and unfair. Mind you, I have been a good customer at all their shops that I have visited.
