INCREDIBLE CONNECTION POOR SERVICE AND DEVICES

I am extremely frustrated with both Incredible Connection as well as HP.

I bought a laptop from the above mentioned, paid an extreme amount of money for a faulty device.

I have a three-year warranty. I was informed at the store, today, that the three-year warranty isnt of much meaning and that I would have to replace the hard drive of my laptop at my own expense.

I find this terribly upsetting, paying so much money for a device that I cannot access most of the time due to its utter poor performance.
