Incredible Connection Poor Service

I order an item on the 05/02/21. They have still not delivered. When contacted they make excuses and pass the buck. They really don’t care about customer experience or satisfaction. Companies need to learn and understand that customers like us are the reason they are in existence and can survive. Poor service is not an excuse. Think twice before supporting Incredible Connection!
