Incredible Connection Poor Poor Service.

The experience has been abysmal. Incredible Connection Mimmosa mall is the antithesis of efficiency or even customer service. I went to the store yesterday to ensure the device I wanted was in stock, the staff did bother to greet back and mumbled me to someone else. I brushed it aside cause I need a device, I went in to sign a laptop contract at 9:40 am. I write this review at 16:00 pm without a laptop, having been approved, asked to return later after the system was working, then told to return after an hour so they can sign it off the system. I've visited the store 5 times and I am still without a laptop.

I really need this laptop, I would walk away otherwise. They've treated me so poorly. I hate it and I want nothing more than not to return to the store but alas I don't have a laptop still.
