Incredible Connection Poor Online Delivery Service

I normally support Incredible Connection totally as their shop and warranty service is outstanding, but re online delivery service being shocking, I fully agree. On 24, 27 and today 28 Dec I have received messages that my delivery is on its way that day and I would be contacted when mine is the next delivery. So one organises for someone to be at home and IC's delivery service doesn't turn up that day. IC, fire your delivery service and sign up with an efficient delivery service....
