Incredible Connection: Poor customer service

I ordered a phone on 26/4/2023. Mine had been ****** and desperately needed a replacement. On 2/5/2023 at 07:16, I received a message that the order is out for delivery. I waited all: no delivery. I received another on 3/5/2023 at 06:38; again no delivery. What amazes me is that the courier, SKYNET, is less than 10 kilometers from my address. Customer dissatisfaction (as exemplified by the reviews) here, shows how far Incredible Connection has descended into the pit of incompetence. I, certainly, would not have placed an order, had read the reviews. My advise to would-be customers: there are better option, don't waste your hard earned money on Incredible Connection.
