Incredible Connection - Poor Customer Service

Incredible Connection advertised a special for a JVC Soundbar for R999 in their catalogue. I visited their Nelspruit - Ilanga Mall branch to purchase but was advised that they were out of stock. The manager informed me that they only had two units in stock for the special, TWO!!! They checked with their other Nelspruit branch who also had no stock. This is the second time that I have experienced this with Incredible Connection. The previous occasion was for a laptop. The should change their name to Incredible Inefficient. Customer service line was just as useless and actually suggested that they can check when they will receive the stock but could not guarantee the promotional price. Really?
