Incredible Connection - Poor

What an absolute shambles of a service center.

I've been struggling for 3 months to just get some info. I'm owed money and not one person wants to assist me, all they need to do , is refund me but no one is contacting me or letting me know what is going on

They close whatsapp chats when you chat to them, they don't respond to emails, don't respond to any form of communication, You'd swear they owe me thousands of rands, its a R799

By the looks of the reviews, the big wigs doesnt care either
