Incredible Connection - Pavillion

Customer service is pathetic. ****** lives in this place. I brought my laptop for a faulty battery 1st week of September I was told the battery have been replaced and picked up on the 9th September I had to wait 35 minutes while the Indian guy was following costomers around the store. Eventually he came gave my laptop. When I get home it's not charging had to come back on Monday same story no o e was bothered instead 2 guys were helping 1 white lady stood for 12 minutes before I could get assistance. Mind you my business depends on it it high time ditch the ****. 🚮
