Incredible Connection Pavilion Branch

Poor Customer Service 🙄😔 after sales service..... No communication after booking my brand new phone for software issue from them... only call was to ask for permission to reset factory settings.

After 10 days i decided to enquire about my cell phone 📱 to find out that they still waiting for courier company to collect from DBN to take it to JHB for repair. When I spoke to branch manager and demanding answer and threatening to report to Hello Peter call automatically disconnected.
