Incredible Connection Pavilion

Pathetic Customer Service!!!!

Needed to return an item, I was told the tech guy wasn’t in and to wait for the assistance of the manager. However I stood in the store and waited for over an hour with no help or assistance from anyone including the manger.

This type of service would be understandable if the store had been busy, but I was the only customer in the store. I eventually had to leave the store still with nothing being done.
