INCREDIBLE CONNECTION PATHETIC/RUBISH SERVICE

So I purchased a Xbox controller and a headset towards the end of 2022 for my son and took it back as the controller was faulty and the headset speaker had gone and only one was working. The guys who attended to us by the name of Hein was very dismissive and refused to send it away including the Manager Riyaaz, which we as customer are not told at POS and the headset will take 3 weeks. Its been 3 months if not more. We visited the store again and was promised a credit, they called and when calling back they don't know what is happening and nobody calls back. We visited the store again and nobody knows what is happening. Truly ******* service.
