Incredible connection Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Purchased a voucher online on 11/0623. An amount of R1000 taken from my account but received a notification that transaction was Canceled. Now it's been 2 weeks that Incredible connection refuses to refund my Money and when calling customer service No body can Assist me but only log complaints. Pathetic company to deal with. I spent over R200 in airtime and have sent more than 12 emails to them but still nothing is sorted out and my money has not been Refunded.
