Incredible Connection Order Not Delivered

I purchased a laptop online from the incredible connection site. I placed my order on the 19 of December and the delivery method said "Delivery available end of January 2020".From the 19 of December to now the 31st of January I have being making contact with incredible connection regarding my order they haven't contacted me ,they haven't rep**** to any of my e-mails and the call centres and the live chat on the site both kept telling me my order will be delivered by the end of the month.From the time I placed my order I haven't been able to track it and today is the last date for delivery and I still can not track it. Can someone please help me?
