Incredible Connection or Incredible Disappointment?

ORDER NUMBER : #*** A week ago I ordered a laptop online. The next day the same laptop was marked down from R18999 to R16999. I accepted it as long as I thought it is fine, as long as they stick to their 2 to 5 days delivery promise. I live in the very rural Karoo where everything takes forever to deliver. I went to George and hoped to receive my order in 3 days - I have ordered it with this address initially. Within 2 days I was told that it will not be delivered soon, so I decided to go to Cape Town, still hoping it will be delivered within 5 days, making it possible for me to at least get my laptop before I head home to the Karoo. Each time I spent time on their website, informing the very unhelpful agents Pauline and Loving of what is happening. Because Pauline told me my computer would not be delivered across borders. I had no trust in her ability and asked her to cancel it rather then. I then got a mail from client services promising me that they will in fact deliver to the Karoo where I live. Today I got a call from SkyNet with my laptop in GEORGE, the very first address which I used when placing the order initially! My laptop will now be re-routed after I have called, sent messages online, emailed and reached out on Instagram - all without anyone to help me. I am so disappointed. I tried so many times to talk to someone to please help and just give me the contact of the courier to make sure it gets delivered. But nobody could care less. If Incredible Connection actually would just check my record they will see how many hours I have lost, trying to get my laptop.

The short story - I paid R18999 for a laptop which was marked down the day after I have ordered online, just to now be in a position to wait about 10 to 12 days to hopefully receive my laptop. And people like Pauline and Loving in the service centre still goes on not reading or not responding. My honest suggestion: change your name to Incredible Disappointment. It will be much closer to the truth!
