INCREDIBLE CONNECTION ONLINE - WORSE ONLINE BUSINESS!

Incredible Connection Online customer service is the worst.It is incredible (pun intended)that their onine business still exist!!.I ordered a printer online and due to an immediate need at day 4 after I tried to cancel and then immediately changed my mind and inform them as such. I was then informed two days later my package was delivered, but I never received it!!After numerous calls to Skynet ,I was informed in fact that it is still with them.I asked them to keep it,and resend the printer it was sent back and now Incredible connection inform me they are still investigating after 5 days. No response from them nothing This online business is heading for a deep dive.I just hope I get my printer .Please rather opt for a online business that respond You are in for a disappointment with this business!
