Incredible Connection Online Store - Lead times advertised is a lie

Good morning,

We purchased a new TV through the Incredible Connection online shop where they state delivery is between 2 and 5 days.

It has been one week later and the only feedback I got through their email channels on the 12th is that the courier will contact me in 24 hours. It is now the 16th and I have not received this call.

We are employed individuals and the 2 to 5 day lead time fit perfectly in to the time we had available to be home. Now we have to make arrangements to be home when delivery is expected within the future (Not sure when this will be).

I would not advise using their online store until Incredible Connections have ensured they can stick to their lead times as promised!
