Incredible Connection Online Shopping. poor service and delivery

I bought a JBL Party box 300 on the Incredible Connection online store on the 11th of December 2019. It WAS a Christmas gift for my husband. The order was placed 2 weeks before Christmas so I was in time to get it before Christmas according to their delivery times. Today is the 5th of January and I still don't have my order. I have made countless phone calls to their customer services department and was always told the same thing, my order has been collected by the couriers and I need to speak to them. So I contacted Fedex (courier company) and they always told me that they have not received my order. I have been making daily calls since the middle of December. I then tried going to the Greenstone branch on the 27th of December for assistance. Spoke to the manager Chris who said he would try and help me. I got a voice message from him on the Monday to say that my parcel is with the couriers. Well clearly it is not as I still don't have it. I contacted Incredible Connection HQ on the 2nd of January, spoke to a supervisor who said he would get back to me in 30 minutes and surprise he never did. Unfortunately I forgot to take down his name. I then sent a Facebook message to Incredible on Friday the 3rd of March, they responded requesting all my details which I sent back and a formal complaint was lodged on my behalf and that someone would make contact with me. After 24 hours I still had no contact from anyone, so again I messaged on the Facebook platform to be told that I have to wait 72 hours for someone to contact me. Really??? The formal complaint that was lodged was emailed to me with the words: High Priority. I don't think waiting 72 hours is high priority. Complaint Number: *** Today is day 26 and I still do not have my order or have any idea as to when I will get it. Totally disappointed and disgusted with the level of service I have received from Incredible Connection.
