Incredible Connection Online Shopping A HUGE NO NO!!!!!!!!!

Do not place any orders online. As I have placed an order and paid for it on 21st of March 2020. On the 08 of April(18 days later) I received a very unwelcoming E-mail stating that at the time I placed my order and PAID for the order the pricing on their website and payment system was incorrect. They informed me that they cannot honour the agreement we entered into even thou they accepted my money. They offered me 2 choices... 1- A R150 gift voucher and a refund. or if I'm not happy with that.... 2- Contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.

The R150 gift voucher will not come close to making up the interest I have to pay my BANK as I took a loan to purchase the product.

On the 1st of April I actually changed my delivery address and received a conformation E-mail from a Brandon that it was changed.

Never was it mentioned that there was an error.

They don't even have the decency to phone you.
