Incredible Connection Online service is offline service!!!

I thought if I ordered online, I would save myself the hassle of going into a store, turns out that despite having stock in stores they dispatch from JHB! After countless emails texts telling me it was shipped and already at the courier...and I should expect it on the 21.05.24, I get a call this morning to say it has arrived in George!! I live in Cape Town. I have to be home when they deliver as they clearly state that the item has to be inspected before the courier leaves or they will not be held accountable! I have lost three days' work and still waiting...this is pathetic. I should have gone with Takealot! Now I know better...
