Incredible Connection Online Service Disgusting

absolutely horrified to place an order on 11th dec and to be told today no stock. its a Christmas present that costs R4 499 and not once online did it show no stock. now i must fight for my refund and order to be cancelled. i will never ever ever order online again from incredible connection. the service is awful and now i must find more money to go and buy the same present elsewhere while I'm out of pocket and wait for my refund. totally unacceptable.
