INCREDIBLE CONNECTION ONLINE PURCHASE BAD EXPERIENCE

I bought a TV at Incredible Connection online , I needed the TV urgent. After I paid they contacted me and said the TV isn't available in my area. When you are purchasing you put your address there, why the site doesn't pick up that the TV isn't available. Now I am fighting for my refund they are saying I must wait 14 days in order to get my money back. I am inconvenienced & now I must wait 14 days in order to be able to buy another TV.
