Incredible Connection Online is pathetic

I ordered a cellphone online, only for them to tell me 3 weeks later that they have no stock. There was no communication from them until I called in to find out about my order. The complaints department does not respond to emails and when you call they just apologize and say they can't do anything about it. They said they will refund me but I called 4 days later, only for them to tell me that the refund has not yet been processed. Never buying from their online platform ever!
