Incredible connection online is a ****

Made a purchase online purchase online on the 13th of December and was promised delivery within 5 working days. On the 17th a get an email stating that my package would arrive soon but nothing fruitful came of it. Made contact with the courier company and they made endless promises that it would be delivered and that didn't happen. On the 30th of December I then requested a full refund and everyday since I'm getting different stories from their call call center agents when all I want is my money
