Incredible connection online is a **** and far worse than temu

I bought two devices online from IC they accepted my order the following day I’m getting a call from the manager at IC Sandton telling me my order is incomplete and the that the system accepted the order without checking stock and that they didn’t have stock

So I asked which branch had stock I was told the one in Venda amongst others that were far from me Okay order was sent there Someone called to request my id and person who’s collecting’s id Short after that the person went to collect only to be told the order is cancelled I had to call and be taken from pillar to post just to get the order in Polokwane even then they sent one item only and said they will refund the money back I just need to send poa and they will credit. My account in 3 days

It’s been 3 weeks now and when I call the complaint division they tell me I must wait for communication as if that communication is gonna feeed my kids and pay my bills
