Incredible connection online buying concern

I've been doing a follow up on the item I bought online from Incredible Connect and when I track my order it says it been delivered but it never got to me. Tried to phone them the lady hang up on me. I'm nervous now cause I don't know whether I bought from a **** site. Please deliver my laptop I spent my last money buying it.
