Incredible connection online business not so “Incredible”

Doesn’t even deserve a star. I placed my order last weekend Sunday to be exact. All seemed to be well order was prepared according to their tracking system waiting to be picked up, all of the sudden this morning my order only shows that it being processed with the date of the 24th, like what the hell? Can you get your online business in order seems like this issue is affecting a lot of clients I am not happy and not looking forward to doing business with you again, I regret to have not purchased my items elsewhere.
