incredible connection online a sad story

ordered a kiddies tablet online.delivery was supposed to be 2-5 working days

9days later and my order cannot be located at all.ive tried chatbot,whatsapp and even the customer care call centre.still none the wiser about my order.

it has been a terrible experience trying to get track my order.this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my 4yr old daughter.imagine how sad she was to wake up on her birthday with no gift :( try explaining that to a little girl
