I purchased a TV through the online store and made the payment immediately through the secure payment portal. I received an order number shortly thereafter and estimated days of delivery which was 2 to 5 working days. When tracking the order number, it does not work. I sent an email and they promised to get back to me. I sent a follow up complaint and I was told my request was escalated to Ecom team for assistance without any further explanation. To date nobody has called me back to give me any feedback. Their service is disgusting and I will never deal with them ever again!!!!!
